The increasing number of trains and extended operation time put the train O&M under bigger pressure. Our system can keep track of a train's mainline status, as well as the condition and faults of key equipment in real-time, and conduct data analysis based on a large amount of equipment status data.

The business data of different systems scattered around the organization is analyzed and stored in a centralized way, and is connected and shared between systems efficiently for business correlation analysis. The fault and alarm information of different rail transit systems is also monitored centrally.

The overall after-sales O&M process has been standardized, an emergency center established, and the emergency response becomes faster. Procedures for storing and using spare parts have been established and strictly implemented for each site to optimize the storage strategy of spare parts. A record is created for each train on which Haitai equipment is used and the health of braking equipment is evaluated in real time to realize "condition-based maintenance", instead of corrective maintenance.
